Wearable electronic device controller

Otherwise known as a wearable remote control, researchers at Engineered Fibre Structures (EFS), a University of Manchester have developed a 'bluetooth glove'. This glove sends multiple bluetooth commands to a computer or machine or any electronic devices/equipment which is bluetooth enabled giving instructions which are activated by moving different fingers together (which inturn completes the connections, sending the signal). The Researchers say it has applications in; patient rehabilitation in healthcare, as a controller in video games (such as virtual reality games) and as a communications device for industrial, security and military use. It is made from nylon-based yarn which makes it very lightweight and flexible which allows for ease of use when executing complex command sequences.
